Usage
Credits are deducted for each task that uses AI. Credits are refilled every subscription cycle.
Credits are deducted for tasks that use AI, such as questions and answers, file analysis, meeting transcription, and web search.
Each member has a credit limit for this cycle. Once a member reaches it, that member can't use AI features until the next cycle, and other members can't use the remaining credits.
Check credit usage by member, including the share spent on tools, in the admin console.

New sign-ups get free credits for 1 month, once. During the trial only 1 admin can use it, and you need a Team subscription to bring in members. Signing up again with the same email doesn't give free credits again.
Team is subscribed through AWS Marketplace. Billing is based on the number of user seats, and AWS manages payment methods and invoices.
That member can't use AI features until the next subscription cycle. Credits are separate for each member, so other members can keep using it. You can't buy extra credits.
An admin invites them by email from Add users. You can send up to 50 at a time, and the invite link stays open for 7 days. A pending invite also takes one user seat.
On Team you can add user seats mid-cycle, and the added seats are billed for 1 month right away. Removing seats applies from the next cycle. If you connect a subscription during the free trial, the trial ends when AWS confirms the subscription, and remaining free credits don't carry over.
On-premises is contracted as a license. It depends on the number of users and how you run the AI model (your own GPU or an external API), so we provide a quote through Contact us. You can try it first with a trial license.
