   • Email (we don't send from 9 PM to 8 AM the next day)

4. Retention and usage period

   • Until you withdraw consent or delete your account
   • You can withdraw your consent at any time in "Settings › General › Notifications" ("Me › Notifications" in the mobile app) or with the "Unsubscribe" link in the email.

5. Right to refuse consent and consequences

   • You have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of personal information described above.
   • You can still use the basic OwlAI service if you refuse, but you may not receive information about new features, events, discounts and more.
